These terms govern your use of this website. They do not cover a stay: the terms of a stay are given to you when you reserve a room and again when you check in.
Adults only
This website describes a hotel that contains a gaming floor, and the legal age for that floor in Río Negro Province is 18. The pages are written for adults and the home page asks you to confirm your age before you go further. If you are under 18, please leave the site. The lodge itself welcomes guests of any age, though the gaming floor on the lower level admits adults only.
No gambling is offered here
Nothing on this website is a game of chance, a wager, a stake or a bet. It has no software to run, no account to register, no balance and no deposit, withdrawal or payment facility of any kind. Every reference to gaming on these pages describes a physical room on the lower floor of a building at Avenida del Cipresal 2140 in San Carlos de Bariloche, a room you can use only by walking in with identification in your hand.
If you find a site that uses our name and invites you to play or to pay, it is not operated by us and we would be glad to hear about it.
Accuracy, and the fact that this is not an offer
We write these pages ourselves and keep them current, but a hotel changes. Opening hours move with the season, a room is taken out for repair, the terrace shuts in the wind, a trail is closed by the park authority. Nothing here is a contractual promise that a particular room, dish, hour or facility will be available on a particular day.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A reservation exists when we have confirmed it to you in writing, and only then.
Intellectual property
The text and the layout of this site belong to the operator of Nahuelmar. You are welcome to read it, print a page for your own use, quote a short passage with a link, and share the address with anybody. You may not copy the text wholesale onto another site, present it as your own, or use the lodge's name or marks to suggest an association that does not exist.
The photographs on this site are used under public domain or CC0 terms. Those licences belong to the original creators and travel with the images.
Links out
This site links to nothing outside its own pages. If a future version of it does, those destinations will be run by other people, under their own terms, and we will not be responsible for what they contain or what they do with your data.
Conduct on the property
Reading this site creates no right to enter the building. Inside the lodge, staff may refuse service, refuse entry to the lower floor, or ask a person to leave, where somebody cannot produce identification, is intoxicated, is behaving in a way that troubles other guests, or will not follow a safety instruction. The duty manager makes those decisions discreetly, and they stand for that day.
Smoking is not permitted indoors, and photography is not permitted at the tables on the lower floor.
Availability of the site
We try to keep these pages reachable but we do not guarantee it. The server may go down, the hosting company may have a bad night, and the line to the valley has been cut by a falling tree more than once. We may change, move or withdraw any page without notice.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information here, from the site being unavailable, or from anything you choose to do after reading it, including decisions about travel or weather. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
This website is published from Argentina and these terms are governed by Argentine law. Disputes about the site go to the competent courts of the Province of Río Negro. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.
